Question: I do not have all size measurements, but it is asking so many measurements. What I should do?
Answer: Many customers like to customize their dresses and provide all size measurements but it is not mandatory. You can just provide US size you wear normally and your height. We will make standard US size.
Question: What if I do not the like the quality and not happy with the product I receive? Can I get full refund?
Answer: We offer " 7 days Money Back Guarantee" for unstitched dresses and Jutti ONLY, in case you are not satisfied with quality. No returns allowed for stitched dresses for any reason unless we ship you wrong dress. No returns allowed for Jewelry, due to hygienic reasons. Customer pays return shipping cost..

Question: How fast I can get my order delivered
Answer: The designs available under Ready To Ship section, are shipped in 5-7 business days. All other designs we usually ship in 2-3 weeks. We ship by FedEx.
Question: How I will know when my order is shipped? Can I track my order?
Answer: Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can track your order using that link.
Question: I want my blouse long enough so the belly area is covered. Is it possible to make that long
Answer: Yes it is possible at the extra cost of $75 towards the fabric and work we do.
Question: I want the back neck area covered. I do not like it see thru like in picture. Is it possible?
Answer: Yes it is possible at no extra cost. Please make a request in special instructions box before check out.
Question: I want to customize the design of back neck, is it possible?
Answer: Yes in most of the time if there is no embroidery work on the back. Please make a note in special instructions box before check and you need to email us the example picture of back neck you want. We can try to make similar to that but we can not promise. Please note if you choose to customize the design your way, we will not accept the returns if you do not like it later for any reason.
